چکیده
Abstract River is one of the surface water resources used to meet people’s need for daily clean water. Along with population growth, problems related waste produced are also increasing and causing environmental pollution, including river pollution. sustainability issues that has attracted attention various institutions, which Citarum sources raw people in West Java. In this study, analysis condition from upstream watershed was carried out terms three indicators, namely quality, quantity, land use. The study conducted using quality data at four monitoring points, discharge, use maps around watershed. types were processed separately where determine status CCME WQI method, discharge calculate Regime Coefficient (RRC) value, Land Cover Index (LCI). index values obtained each calculation then analyzed combined into value Upper Sustainability (UCSI) composite method. results found UCSI period April – September 2014 0.442; 0.419; 0.415; 0.403. All these categorized sub-sustainability class interpretation some functions slightly damaged. tends decrease time towards un-sustainability being indicator plays most role decreasing study.
